Each individual may hold only one account on BD50. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all associated accounts being terminated and balances being forfeited.

All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. If an account is created using false details, BD50 may close it at any time. To update your information afterwards, you'll need to submit a request through the Help Centre and complete identity verification.

• Account passwords must not be shared with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify BD50 immediately.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or rented to anyone else.
• Accounts cannot be opened on behalf of a corporation, trust, or any other organization.

BD50 may temporarily suspend an account and request additional identity verification at any time for security purposes. Such measures are taken in the member's best interest.

3. Payment & Withdrawal

Deposits on BD50 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method — generally starting from ৳100. Deposited funds are credited to your balance instantly or within 5 minutes at most.

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. bd50 typically processes withdrawal requests within 10–20 minutes. However, delays may occur in the following situations:
