What are the VIP tiers on BD50 — and what do you get at each level?

VIP Program

BD50's VIP program has five tiers in total — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum & Diamond. Each tier comes with its own set of perks — and the higher you climb, the better the rewards.

Bronze: You'll start at this tier as soon as you register. Enjoy 3% weekly cashback and access to standard bonus offers.
Silver: Reach ৳20,000 or more in wagers to unlock this tier. Enjoy 5% cashback, faster withdrawal processing, and exclusive reload bonuses.
Gold: Reach ৳1,00,000 in wagers to unlock the Gold tier. Enjoy 7% cashback, priority support, and monthly special rewards.
Platinum: Reach ৳5,00,000 in wagers to unlock Platinum. Enjoy 10% cashback, a dedicated account manager, and higher withdrawal limits.
Diamond: BD50's highest tier — by invitation only. Enjoy custom bonuses, unlimited withdrawals, access to exclusive events, and a dedicated support team.

Tier changes happen automatically — your monthly wager is calculated and your tier is updated at the start of the following month. You can check your current tier and progress under the "VIP" tab in your account dashboard.

How do I get started playing with real dealers in BD50's Live Casino — and what games are available?

Live Casino

To access the Live Casino section at BD50, log in first and then navigate to the section via the top menu or homepage "Live Casino" or "Live Dealer" section. There, a real dealer in a live studio will play with you directly via video stream. Available Games:

Live Blackjack: The goal is to get as close to 21 as possible. You can play against the dealer alone or share a table with other players.
Live Roulette: Both European and American Roulette are available. Place your bets on a single number, a color, or a group of numbers.
Live Baccarat: Hugely popular in Bangladesh — bet on the Player or the Banker.
Live Sic Bo & Dragon Tiger: Fast-paced games, particularly popular among Asian players.

Steps to get started: Choose a game → Select a table (betting ranges vary — starting from ৳100) → Pick your chip → Click your preferred spot in the betting window → The dealer will deal the cards or spin the roulette wheel. The entire process happens in real time. A stable internet connection will keep the stream running smoothly.

Can you bet on multiple matches at once on BD50 — and how exactly does an Accumulator bet work?

Accumulator Bet

Yes, Accumulator bets are available on BD50. This type of bet requires you to select the outcomes of multiple events or matches together — you win only if every single selection is correct, and if even one is wrong, the entire bet is lost. The risk is higher, but so is the potential payout. How to do it:

Go to the Sports Betting section and select the outcome of your first match — it will be added to your Betslip.
Then pick your second, third, and further events — they'll be added to your betslip one by one.
An Accumulator requires a minimum of 2 selections. At BD50, you can add up to 20 selections to a single Accumulator.
The betslip will automatically calculate your total odds — once you enter your stake, your potential winnings will be displayed instantly.
Click "Confirm Bet" and your bet is placed.

Example: Say the odds across three matches are 2.0, 1.8, and 2.5, and you place a ৳500 bet — if all three are correct, you win ৳500 × (2.0 × 1.8 × 2.5) = ৳4,500. That kind of return simply isn't possible with single bets. Just keep in mind that in an Accumulator, if even one result goes wrong, the entire bet is lost.

What is the minimum deposit on BD50 — are the rules different for bKash, Nagad, and bank transfers?

Deposit

At BD50, the minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. Details below:

bKash: Minimum ৳500. Funds are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.
Nagad: Minimum ৳500. Processing is just as fast as bKash.
Rocket (Dutch-Bangla): Minimum ৳500. Faster than a bank transfer.
Bank Transfer: Minimum ৳1,000. Processing may take anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour.

A few important things to note:

When making a deposit, always use a mobile banking or bank account registered in your own name — using someone else's account may cause issues when withdrawing.

Cricket betting on BD50 goes deeper than any other sport — there are far more markets available beyond just the match winner. Popular Betting Markets:

Match Winner: The simplest bet — just pick which team will win.
Top Batsman: Which player will score the most runs.
Top Bowler: Which bowler will take the most wickets.
Innings Total Over/Under: Whether a team will score above or below a specified run total.

How do I join a BD50 leaderboard tournament — and what position do I need to finish in to win a prize?

Tournaments & Leaderboard

bd50 tournaments run on a weekly and monthly basis. Participation is mostly automatic — just play eligible games or sections and points will start accumulating on the leaderboard. General Rules:

Each tournament has its own rules — some count slots, others count Sports Betting or Live Casino wagers.
Points are generally awarded based on total betting volume or number of wins.
The leaderboard updates in real time — you can always see exactly where you stand.

Prize Distribution: Prizes are typically distributed among the top 10 to 50 players. First place usually comes with a cash bonus of ৳50,000 or more. Smaller prizes are also available for ranks 10 through 50 — see the full prize breakdown on the tournament page. Winnings are credited to the winners' accounts within 24 hours of the tournament ending. Ongoing Tournaments Bonus Page available.

If a match is abandoned midway due to rain or any other reason, what happens to my bet — will I get a refund?

Cancelled or Suspended Matches

BD50's rules on match cancellations or mid-match abandonment are clear: If a match is cancelled before it starts: The full stake is returned to your account. Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours. If a match is suspended after it has started:

In cricket Test and ODI matches, if the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, bets will be settled according to that result.
If the minimum number of overs in a T20 match is not completed (typically 5 overs), the match is considered incomplete and stakes are refunded.
In football, if at least 75 minutes of a match have been completed, the score at that point may be considered final — though the exact rules vary by market.

Cancelled matches in an Accumulator: In a serial bet, if one event is cancelled, it is generally settled at odds of 1.0 and the remaining results determine the outcome of the bet. The entire bet is not voided. Before placing a bet, check the "Rules" section for that specific event to review the applicable betting rules.
